How the pre-order works
The campaign runs from 9 September 2026 to 9 March 2027. These pre-order prices apply during the campaign. Payment is collected in full when you order and helps fund production.
Production is planned once 500 valid, paid Re27 bulbs have been ordered. This is a production minimum, not a limit on the number available. We may lower this minimum, but will not increase it; any change will be announced by the campaign's closing date. We will email you when the production threshold has been reached.
Certification is in progress. Final specifications may undergo minor adjustments as part of this process.
Dispatch and cancellation
If the threshold is reached by 9 December 2026, estimated dispatch is by 10 March 2027. If it is reached later, estimated dispatch is within approximately three months of our announcement and no later than 10 June 2027.
If the announced threshold is not reached by the campaign's closing date, we will refund the full amount paid within 14 calendar days.
You may cancel for a full refund at any time before dispatch by emailing info@iiode.com. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Full Terms and Conditions are available at checkout.
